Maasvlakte is connected to the Dutch highway network via the A15 and also houses various barge- and railterminals. Rotterdam-The Hague Airport is located at ap. 40 minutes driving distance, Schiphol Airport ap. 1 hour. Furthermore Maasvlakte Plaza offers secured truck parking with full services (including restaurant, cloak rooms, truck washing and fuel).

€ 4.50 per m² per month.

 

Service charges

Handling of cargo shall be carried out by Rhenus, the accompanying rates shall be agreed based on the business case.

Maasvlakte is via rijksweg A15 aangesloten op het Nederlandse rijkswegennetwerk en beschikt daarnaast over diverse barge- en railterminals. Rotterdam-The Hague Airport ligt op ca. 40 minuten rijafstand, luchthaven Schiphol ca. 1 uur. Maasvlakte Plaza biedt daarnaast beveiligde truckparking met alle voorzieningen ( waaronder restaurant, sanitair, truckwashing en tankstation).
